Note: Small planes with a seating capacity of 15 to 40 people fly daily within national parks. They function regularly and are safe and quick as the laws permit.

The arrival time of your international or domestic flight will have an impact on your ability to begin your safari right away, as indicated in the highlights below.

• You might be able to drive right to a neighbouring national park, such as Arusha, Tarangire, or Lake Manyara for a wildlife game drive if your flight lands at Kilimanjaro or Arusha airport between 3 am and 10 a.m. East African time.

• If your flight lands after 16:00, we advise staying in Arusha and making the drive to the park the following morning. Considering the distance from the airport, it is hard to travel to the national park for an overnight stay since park gates often close at 6 p.m.

Tanzania uses UK pin-square outlets frequently, and some regions utilize both UK types with USB connections. If you have a USA cable, you should bring an adapter/malt plug to avoid the hassle of charging your batteries. We strongly advise bringing power cords that are compatible with the above outlets.

Bookings for all safari lodgings are made on a full board basis, which includes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The first lodging option in Arusha, however, is reserved on a bed-and-breakfast basis, so your package includes both an overnight stay and breakfast the following morning. Dinner on the day of arrival can be paid directly depending on the client’s arrival time. Please let us know if you’d like dinner included when you arrive so we can book and charge you the extra fee for it.

You can select or request your favourable meal from the customized menus that are produced and served to customers during check-in or dinner time and include culinary classes for persons with diverse dietary restrictions.

No! Neither our parks nor the hotels inside the parks are fenced. A more genuine experience is often had while sleeping inside the park. Even though the rooms are not walled, the team always takes precautions to ensure your comfort and security.

At the arrival briefing, you will be given advice on how to stay safe in the camp and what safety precautions to take just in case. Security personnel and staff are on duty for your protection, and they can take you from your tent to the main area or restaurant and back again while being familiar with the neighbourhood. Each lodging offers a unique way of staying in touch with the front desk during the night in case of trouble or an emergency.

Yes! Each lodging promises a hot shower. The most alluring aspect of a tented camp, though, is the hot shower, which is accessible but not always, as in lodges, until you request it.

A camp staff member will direct hot water to your bathroom after you leave a note at reception or use the radio available in your tent to let them know what time you prefer a hot shower.

This is because tented camps frequently have boilers and use a pipe to supply hot water, in contrast to lodges and hotels, which have water heaters in each bathroom.

Each accommodation has a different rooming configuration but common configurations are:

Laundry services are paid for in each lodging. Nevertheless, since the laundry process relies on hand washing and sun drying, you will need at least two nights if you wish to do laundry while camping in a tent. Even if you only stay for one night, you can still clean your clothing if you stay in a big hotel because some of them provide laundry facilities/Machines.

The choice of colour should be considered. Pack Khaki, neutral, grey, olive, and beige clothing instead of blue, red, yellow, pink, and other vivid colours. Vibrant colours are not advised during game time since they draw insects like Tse-Tse flies.

Layer your clothing, making sure to include warm clothing for chilly morning and nighttime hours. An attire that is casual is advised during the day. Bring comfortable shoes throughout the day and sandals for the game drive’s conclusion.

Don’t forget to pack your camera with extra batteries, sunscreen, insect repellents, a sun hat, sunglasses, an outlet adapter, and your chosen toiletries, depending on your preferences.
