7 Days Best Idealistic Safari

On this safari, you will visit the best parts of some well-known parks in northern Tanzania. The tour begins at Tarangire, which is well-known for having a large population of animals and continues to Ngorongoro crater, which is home to a year-round residing population of mammals. Following a haven for big game that is home to almost 3 million huge creatures is a trip to the Serengeti. Our final destination is the Lake Manyara National Park, a haven for birdwatchers and home to the rare tree-climbing lions.

We leave for Tarangire National Park after breakfast. We will go on a game drive in the late afternoon where you will view enormous baobab trees, undulating savannah, and acacia parkland. This park is well-known for having a large variety of animals, which is most impressive between June and September during the dry season. Thousands of animals, including wildebeest, zebra, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, and antelope, migrate during this time in search of water from the parched Masai grassland to the Tarangire river. Predators like lions and leopards follow closely behind.

Accommodation: Sangaiwe Tented Lodge on Full Board Basis

Distance:110km/2 hrs & 30 minutes

Following a delicious breakfast at Sangaiwe Lodge, a morning game drive at Lake Manyara National Park is taken. The lake takes about 70% of the park’s total area of 330 sq. km. The diverse habitat supports a variety of animals including big animals such as lions, elephants, leopards, and Hippos. The groundwater forests consist of acacia woodland and open grassland along the lake coast. The secretive tree-climbing lions that live in the woodlands between the lake and the rift valley are the park’s most well-known residents.

Accommodation: Marera Valley Lodge on Full Board Basis

Distance:170 km/4-hrs
We travel to Serengeti National Park after breakfast. A Serengeti afternoon game drive will take you past more than 35 different species of plain animals, including giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and eland.

The yearly migration of wildebeest, one of the most breathtaking occurrences in the world, is staged in the park. At the beginning of June, nearly a million wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle migrate to Kenya’s Masai Mara in search of richer pastures. The savanna’s predators – the lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, and vultures – follow them closely. There are around 500 different bird species in the Serengeti.

Accommodation: Narudi Tented Camp on Full Board Basis

Today is a full day of intensive game drives at this highly-rated park. We have a good chance of seeing many animals, including preferred big cats in their pride, bird species, and numerous grazer animals. Several game drives can be taken here, which may reveal animal behaviours such as killing, mating, and so on. Sunrise and sunset viewings are also excellent ways to spend your time in Serengeti.

Balloon rides are now available as an “extra cost” excursion. Please let us know if you are interested so that we can make arrangements and pass the cost to you.

Accommodation: Narudi Tented Camp on Full Board Basis

Distance:145 km/4-hrs

After breakfast, you can enjoy one last morning of the game – watching to see the Serengeti’s magnificent surroundings. Due to the Seronera River, which flows continuously throughout the year and serves as a reliable water source for the resident species that frequent the area, the central Serengeti is also known as Seronera. The Serengeti, one of Africa’s best parks, is home to a wide variety of wild animals, including Big CATS and other bird species. Depending on the month you travel, you may be able to view the wildebeest migration in the region (April-May and December-January).

In the afternoon, we have our picnic lunch at the picnic site and then continue with our game on our way to our chosen accommodation for leisure and overnight.

Accommodation: Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge on Full Board

Driving distance: 248km/5hrs

Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge.

With our packed lunch, we depart from our lodge for a game drive on the Ngorongoro crater floor.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a Caldera, the world’s largest unflooded one, measuring more than 1600 feet deep and 102 square miles in size. Game viewing is excellent because most of the animals stay in this area all year. Lake Magadi’s lakeshore is home to lions, Cape buffalo, hippos, elephants, zebras, and antelopes, as well as numerous bird species, including flamingos. You might even see a Black rhinoceros if you’re lucky. The big five animals can be seen at the crater in a single game.

Following our enjoyable game, we ascend and drive to Kilimanjaro airport for an onward flight.
